As the Head ofProcesses & Systems

you have to lead themanagement and optimization of EMEA-wide End-to-End (E2E) valuechain processes at LAPP Harnessing Operations. This strategic roleinvolves ensuring the standardization, maturity, and continuousimprovement of core processes, while driving digital transformationinitiatives.

Yourtasks
  • Develop, implement, andmaintain standardized core processes and a "Process House"framework across LAPP Harnessing Operations in the EMEAregion.
  • Create and utilize a maturity levelassessment framework to evaluate and improve core processperformance.
  • Own and drive the implementationof a comprehensive digitalization roadmap to enhance processefficiency, data integration, anddecision-making.
  • Develop and implement aregional and local lean management structure to promote operationalexcellence and continuous improvement.
  • Lead andmentor a team of process and systems specialists, fostering aculture of innovation and continuousimprovement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functionalteams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectivesand manage process-related audits forcompliance.
Yourprofile
  • Master’s degree in businessadministration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a relatedfield.
  • Proven experience in process management,systems development, and digital transformation, preferably withina manufacturing or supply chainenvironment.
  • Strong understanding of End-to-Endvalue chain processes and best practices in process standardizationand optimization.
  • Demonstrated success increating and executing digitalization strategies, including roadmapdevelopment and technologyimplementation.
  • In-depth knowledge of leanprinciples, including value stream mapping, waste reduction,continuous improvement, and Kaizenmethodologies.
  • Proven ability to develop andimplement lean management structures at regional and locallevels.
  • Excellent leadership and projectmanagement skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiativesand cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical,problem-solving, and communicationskills.
