Project Manager - Solar (Germany)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a rooftop solar project. The role involves managing all aspects of the project, including planning, contractor oversight, grid connection, and compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements. You will ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards while coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including the site operator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the execution of rooftop PV installation and grid connection processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all specifications, quality standards, and country-specific regulations.
  • Oversee contractors, ensuring proper scope execution, and manage contracts and budgets.
  • Compile project documentation, including O&M manuals and H&S files.
  • Provide weekly updates on health and safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven track record in managing solar PV projects in Germany.
  • Strong knowledge of grid connections, solar system technology, and safety standards.
  • Accredited qualifications in project management, safety, and quality management.
  • Degree or equivalent in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or related field.
  • Fluent in German, with the ability to work flexibly on-site and remotely.
