Deine Aufgaben
  • Du entwickelst und kommunizierst eine klare Produktstrategie, die auf datengetriebenen Erkenntnissen basiert
  • Du erstellst, priorisierst und pflegst das Produkt-Backlog mit Fokus auf datengetriebene Entscheidungen
  • Du erfasst und dokumentierst Anforderungen in User Stories in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Data Analysts und ML-Ingenieuren
  • Du analysierst Nutzerdaten und Markttrends zur Identifikation von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten und Innovationspotenzialen
  • Du leitest und moderierst Sprint-Meetings (Planning, Review, Retrospective) und stellst eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit sicher
Dein Profil
  • Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Product Owner oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle, idealerweise im Bereich datengetriebener Produkte
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Data Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning und/oder Business Intelligence
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban) und Werkzeugen (JIRA, Confluence o.ä.)
  • Eine Zertifizierung als SCRUM Product Owner wäre wünschenswert
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
