Job Title: Composite Laminator/Composite Trimmer – Motorsport Experience

Location: Germany

Contract: 3 months

Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week

Pay: Weekly pay via LTD

Tools: Personal tools required


Position Summary:

We are seeking skilled Composite Laminators and Composite Trimmers with motorsport experience to join our Silver Team on a 3-month project in Germany. The role involves working with high-quality carbon fiber components for motorsport applications, focusing on visual parts that require exceptional attention to detail, precision, and quality.


Key Responsibilities:

Composite Laminator:

  • Prepare molds, tools, and materials for the lamination process.
  • Lay up carbon fiber and other composite materials according to detailed specifications and patterns.
  • Apply resin and manage cure cycles to ensure optimal part quality.
  • Handle and finish visual carbon fiber parts to the highest cosmetic standards.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and quality teams to meet project specifications and deadlines.


Composite Trimmer:

  • Accurately trim and finish carbon fiber and composite parts using hand tools, CNC machines, and specialized equipment.
  • Polish and detail visual components to achieve a flawless finish in line with the highest aesthetic standards.
  • Work from engineering drawings and technical specifications to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Perform minor repairs and touch-ups on parts as needed to maintain quality standards.
  • Coordinate with laminators and quality control teams to ensure parts meet all project specifications.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years working as a Composite Laminator/Trimmer within the motorsport industry.
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in working with carbon fiber and other composite materials.
  • Strong knowledge of lamination and trimming techniques specific to high-quality visual components.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in handling visual components requiring high aesthetic standards.


Additional Requirements:

  • Must have personal tools relevant to composite lamination and trimming.
  • Must have the right to work in the EU.
