Your Role: Emissions Testing Technician
As an Emissions Testing Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the compliance of vehicles with stringent emissions regulations. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining state-of-the-art vehicle roller test benches, conducting comprehensive exhaust gas measurements, and analyzing data to ensure optimal performance.
Responsibilities:
- Operate various vehicle roller test benches equipped with advanced measurement technology for exhaust emissions, fuel consumption, and other relevant parameters.
- Coordinate and execute challenging legal driving cycles and range tests according to industry standards.
- Collect, process, and prepare detailed test data reports for clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to reporting guidelines.
- Perform routine calibration, maintenance, and repair tasks on test benches to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with the test stand driver to ensure smooth operation of testing procedures and achieve accurate results.
Your Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training as a car mechanic or automotive mechatronics technician.
- Solid understanding of test bench technology and exhaust gas measurement principles.
- Demonstrated reliability, initiative, and meticulous attention to detail in your work approach.
- Strong commitment to quality assurance and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
