ENG Bauen are a highly specialized international talent management consultancy concentrating on the deployment of project execution and technical engineering resources to plant engineering and project groups. For over a decade, we have supported mission-critical CAPEX projects with the deployment of international resources.


This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious project engineer looking to move into project management to join a highly prestigious projects group with an internationally renowned company. If you are a confident and capable project engineer that is looking for a fantastic opportunity to accelerate your career development by liaising with senior leadership with major international blue chip companies, then this role could offer you the responsibility to manage a multi-million CAPEX project near one of Germany's leading cities.


The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful management and execution of mission-critical projects. You will be coordinating a multi-discipline engineering team, EPC contractors, and various sub-contractors. Therefore, stakeholder management will be a crucial skill for this role and you should have a proven track record of successfully executed projects.

  • Point of contact for stakeholders, EPC, and local contractors


The Ideal Applicant will be:

  • An experienced Project Engineer
  • Fluent English and German Speaker
  • Have experience working client-side and be able to manage the EPCM and local contractors
  • Experience seeking projects from FEED to Execution
  • Experience with German permitting procedures
  • An understanding of Project Controls
  • An understanding of the FEL stage gate model
  • An engineering history in civil engineering is desirable
