For our client, a leading international asset management company, we are looking for a


Senior Business Strategy Manager (gn), Global Asset Management


Location: Frankfurt am Main


Seniory Level: Vice President (VP) / Director / Project Leader / Engagement Manager


*** ASSET MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ***


Your role

  • Be responsible for implementing, tracking, and refining change and transformation initiatives and for aligning and coordinating cross-functional change initiatives
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of the global and regional investment product strategies
  • Conduct detailed analytical assessments and propose recommendations
  • Support development of business plans and business cases
  • Facilitate regional Business Dialogues and follow-ups
  • Coordinate planning and execution of go-to-market strategy for new products and strategies in different regions
  • Represent team in firm wide key initiatives/ projects/ steering committees
  • Develop and prepare senior management presentations and decision proposals


Your qualification and experience

  • KEY REQUIREMENT: 5+ years of relevant experience (e.g. in Corporate Development, Corporate Strategy, Business Management) within a investment management organization or a leading strategy consultancy with a focus on investment management
  • University degree with top grades in Business Administration or related field of study from a leading university
  • Significant project management and strategy experience
  • Proven skills in managing and working in international, cross-functional and geographically dispersed project teams
  • Experience in working with senior management
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Strong communications and presentation skills
  • Native/proficient in English. German is a plus.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Power Point and Excel
