Tasks:
- Manage Complex Projects: Oversee international, cross-functional, and cross-company projects aimed at enhancing structures, processes, systems, and sustainability within supply chain, with a focus on logistics.
- Project Planning and Monitoring: Ensure comprehensive project planning, adherence to project goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Global Logistics Tenders: Manage or support regular global tenders for logistics services, including data collection, process documentation, and conducting workshops with service providers, leading to the implementation of the selected partner.
- Service Provider Negotiation: Collaborate with the Global Procurement team to negotiate and select service providers.
- Stakeholder Management: Guide internal and external customers, stakeholders, service providers, and consultants within defined project frameworks.
What You Will Need
- Educational Background: Master’s degree, ideally with a focus on logistics, business, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: At least 5 years of substantial experience in the supply chain sector, particularly in contract logistics.
- Process and Digitization Enthusiasm: Strong passion for processes, digitization, and business excellence methods.
- Industry Experience: Extensive experience in the automotive industry is essential.
- Project Management Skills: Advanced project management and presentation abilities.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach.
- Confident Communication: Confident demeanour with assertiveness and proficient stakeholder management.
- Language Proficiency: Business fluency in English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
