Product Data Processes Specialist

Your role You will join one of the Solutions Development & Marketing cross-functional teams, reporting directly to the Program Manager. As part of a newly-created position within a department in construction, your main role will be to identify, develop and deliver product data as part of the digitalisation of the business. To achieve this, your tasks will involve: Establishing documenting and implementing operating processes for the Product Information department in order to guarantee internal efficiency and customer/user satisfaction. Working with cross-functional teams to ensure that processes are aligned with performance objectives and user needs. Carry out regular internal audits and evaluations to identify activities and deliverables that can be improved and optimised. Communicating and aligning feedback and continuously adapting processes to ensure departmental performance. Implement mechanisms for collecting and managing customer/user feedback (surveys, tickets and user opinions). Analysing feedback in order to develop and implement action plans aimed at increasing customer/user satisfaction. Your profile You have a 5-year degree and 5 years' experience in a similar role. Technical skills in areas such as the Stibo STEP system, Jira and Agile/Scrum methodologies and in project management would be highly appreciated. You have a strong "customer satisfaction" and “process” orientation. You are known for your rigour, your analytical skills and your ability to propose/implement solutions. You are recognised for your excellent team spirit, your ability to collaborate and work independently, and your ability to communicate your ideas enthusiastically and bring people together. Fluency in English is essential. fluency in French or German would be appreciated. Some business travel is to be expected. Please submit your application in English
