Unterstütze die Voith Group | Konzernbereich Corporate Functions & Services als Job ID 77303 | Standort Heidenheim Deine Aufgaben Im Rahmen des Steinbeis-Masters unterstützt du unsere Abteilung bei strategischen Projekten im Bereich Sustainability (ESG) im Einkauf. Du arbeitest in konzernübergreifenden Projekten und cross-funktionalen Teams im Sustainability (ESG) Umfeld mit und vertrittst hier den Corporate Einkauf. Außerdem unterstützt du bei der Operationalisierung von Projekten im Sustainability (ESG) Umfeld innerhalb des Einkaufs (oder bereichsübergreifend, zu Themen, bei denen der Einkauf im Lead ist). Du vernetzt dich global mit relevanten Ansprechpartnern (m/w/d) der Voith Zentralbereiche, speziell der Corporate Sustainability Abteilung, der Voith Divisionen und Werke zum Thema Sustainability (ESG) und agierst als Enabler (m/w/d) und Multiplikator (m/w/d) im Einkauf und baust ein internes Netzwerk auf. Du erarbeitest zu den Sustainability (ESG) Themen im Einkauf, gemeinsam mit den Kollegen (m/w/d) der Procurement Excellence, Trainingsmaßnahmen und unterstützt die Procurement Digitization Abteilung bei der Umsetzung der Themen in den Einkaufsprozessen und -systemen. Dein Profil Du hast dein Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen, Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement, Umweltmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung erfolgreich abgeschlossen und verfügst idealerweise über erste Erfahrung im strategischen Einkauf, Supply Chain Management und/oder Projekt- bzw. Produktmanagement. Du begeisterst dich für strategische Fragestellungen und die Entwicklung von praktischen Lösungsansätzen im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit. Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift sowie im Umgang mit MS Office. Empathie, Kommunikationsstärke und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe zeichnen dich ebenso aus wie deine analytischen und konzeptionellen Kompetenzen.
