Requirements:

  • Educational Background: BSc in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Science, or Architecture.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years managing European capital projects.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and conversational German (Level B2 minimum).
  • Skills: Superior communication abilities, with a knack for influencing decisions and leading diverse teams.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Innovate and Develop: Generate, bid, and develop exciting capital projects worth up to 500 Mio EUR. The sky is the limit
  • Leadership: Guide the project team through the development and management of project schedules.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate and manage inputs from a variety of stakeholders.
  • Project Delivery: Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, driving construction site progress.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to the project delivery team.
  • Project Closeout: Oversee the closeout phase, ensuring all requirements are met for project completion.
