Unser Auftraggeber zählt zu den 30 größten Bauunternehmen Deutschlands mit der Hauptverwaltung im Raum Hamburg. Mit circa 2000 Mitarbeitern an über 60 Standorten erwirtschaftet das Unternehmen in den Segmenten Verkehrswegebau, Asphaltproduktion und Rohstoffgewinnung sowie Sonderbau einen Umsatz von mehr als 650 Millionen Euro im Jahr. Das Unternehmen zeichnet sich durch seine vertikale Organisationsstruktur aus. Neben Zweigniederlassungen gehören auch Tochterunternehmen zur Gruppe. Kurze Entscheidungswege und eine konsequente Kundenorientierung prägen das Unternehmen


In der neu installierten Position des Director Operations (m/w/d) mit Prokura - in direkter Berichtslinie an die Technische Geschäftsführung - sind Sie verantwortlich für die Organisation und Führung der Abteilungen / Fachbereiche (mit insgesamt ca. 25 Mitarbeitenden):

  • Maschinentechnik (Maschinentechnik, Anlagentechnik, Elektrotechnik, Geräteverwaltung)
  • Managementsysteme (QM - Baubetriebe und Anlagen, Werkseigene Produktionskontrolle, Energiemanagementsystem und Arbeitssicherheit)
  • Einkauf (Geräte, Anlagen, Energie, Rahmenverträge)
  • Digitalisierung (digitale Unterstützung technischer Prozesse für Anlagen und Geräte)
  • Liegenschaftsmanagement

In Ihrer Funktion als Berater der Geschäftsführung und in der Durchsetzung und Einführung der zukunftsorientierten Themen in den operativen Betrieben sind die wesentlichen Zielsetzungen:

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem kaufmännischen Leiter und den Abteilungsleitern in der Hauptverwaltung der Unternehmensgruppe
  • CAPEX-Management:Leiten des jährlichen Investitionszyklus und von Großreparaturen für Liegenschaften, Geräte und Anlagen, zusammen mit der Abteilungsleitung MTA für die gesamte Gruppe
  • Etablieren eines strategischen Einkaufs für die Unternehmensgruppe
  • Betreiben und Weiterentwickeln der Managementsysteme, Sicherstellung der Auditfähigkeit gemeinsam mit der Abteilungsleitung Managementsysteme
  • Evaluation und ggf. Einführen neuer digitaler Werkzeuge für die Betriebe (Bau, Asphaltwerke, Steinbrüche) gemeinsam mit den Betrieben.
  • Digitalisieren der Abläufe im verantworteten Bereich
  • Genehmigungsmanagement gem. BImSchG (Genehmigungen werden dezentral bearbeitet). Aufgabe der Zentrale ist das Überwachen, Koordinieren der Prozesse etc. sowie ggf. die Unterstützung von Betrieben in besonderen Situationen / Fragen
  • Durchführen von unternehmensweiten Projekten, bspw. zur Optimierung der Produktionsabläufe oder Zukunftsstrategien in der Anlagentechnik
  • Erarbeiten, Um- und Durchsetzen von unternehmensweiten Vorgaben, Konzepten, Prozessen
  • Fortlaufende Analyse von Fördermöglichkeiten gemeinsam mit einem externen Dienstleister, zentrale Koordination und Unterstützung der Betriebe bei der Durchführung der Beantragung

Nach einem erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Studium - bevorzugt: Wirtschaftsingenieur, Maschinenbauingenieur oder Bauingenieur - und entsprechender beruflicher Entwicklung mit den Schwerpunkten in den oben genannten Funktionen, verfügen Sie über mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im mittelständischen Industrieumfeld, idealerweise in den Marktsegmenten Bauindustrie, Baustoffindustrie, Anlagenbau, produzierende Industrie oder auch in kommunalen Betrieben. Dabei konnten Sie auch Erfahrungen in dezentral strukturierten Organisationen sammeln.

Sie sind eine starke Persönlichkeit mit Umsetzungskompetenz und Überzeugungskraft, die aber auch mit dem notwendigen Fingerspitzengefühl die herausfordernden Themen managen kann.

Als Führungskraft sind Sie zuverlässig, fair und verbindlich und verfolgen den Leitgedanken: motivieren und fördern. Sie besitzen neben dem Blick für das „Große und Ganze“ auch die „Liebe zum Detail“.

In der Wahrnehmung der beschriebenen Aufgaben ist analytisches und unternehmerisches Denken, Verhandlungsgeschick und insbesondere eine gewisse Hands-On-Mentalität erforderlich. Sie verfügen deshalb auch über die notwendige Standfestigkeit, Entscheidungen zu treffen und zu vertreten.

Ihr IT-Verständnis hilft Ihnen im Zuge der Digitalisierung der verantworteten Bereiche / Aufgaben und rundet Ihr Profil ab.
