Als Operations Director (m/w/d) bei STADTSALAT behältst du nicht nur die betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen im Auge, sondern auch dein Team. DEINE AUFGABEN
  • Du leitest und entwickelst ein leistungsorientiertes Team von mehreren Filialleitern und über 100 Mitarbeitenden.
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass der tägliche Betrieb reibungslos verläuft.
  • Du behältst den Überblick und meisterst Herausforderungen, auch in stressigen Situationen.
  • Du schult neue Mitarbeitende gemäß den Standards von STADTSALAT.
  • Du koordinierst und wählst neue Mitarbeitende im Bereich Service und Lieferung aus.
  • Du gewährleistest einen reibungslosen Betriebsablauf mit besonderem Augenmerk auf die Einhaltung unserer hohen Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards.
  • Du führst Inventuren durch und überwachst den Wareneingang.
  • Du unterstützt die operative Tagesproduktion.
DEIN PROFIL
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Gastronomie, idealerweise in der Systemgastronomie.
  • Du bringst ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten mit.
  • Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Kennzahlen.
  • Du trittst souverän und gepflegt auf.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig und verantwortungsbewusst.
  • Deine Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit digitalen Anwendungen auf PC, Tablet und Smartphone.
