We have an opening for an experienced HR Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategy in our fast-growing organization. This is a multi-faceted generalist role that requires a strong understanding of European employment laws and the ability to navigate cultural nuances in an Europe-wide distributed setting.

HR Manager Europe

Location: Germany (ideally Munich area)

The Role:

  • Accompany HR strategy for Europe, aligned with the company's overall business goals.
  • Manage employee relations, including performance management, compensation and benefits
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant European labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage organizational restructuring projects
  • Develop and implement employee training and career development programs.
  • Partner with business leaders across Europe to understand their HR needs
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for a multicultural workforce.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest HR trends and best practices in Europe.

You:

  • Recent and relevant experience in a mult-country HR role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
  • Strong understanding of European employment law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English and German and another European language (French, Spanish etc.) is a strong plus.
