Our client is one of the world's largest multinational chemical corporations headquartered in Germany and operates in various sectors recognized for its extensive product portfolio, commitment to innovation, and dedication to sustainability, positioning itself as a leading player in the global chemical industry.

The internal strategy team advises top management in the areas of strategy, commercial excellence, operational excellence, innovation, and digitalization as well as support acquisitions and divestments.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be part of a great team where your hands-on approach and desire to leave an impact are truly valued.

  • You will identify the potential for improvement in each project and will be advising the management team emphatically and competently.
  • Throughout all project phases, you'll be communicating in a clear and open manner with all parties involved.
  • We offer a comprehensive end-to-end service delivery, which would allow you to accompany a project from start to finish.
  • Our projects enjoy top management visibility and cover the fields of Innovation & Growth, Transformation, Marketing & Sales, Organizational Excellence, and Post-Merger Integration/Carve Out

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • 4-5 years in strategy consulting (no finance or IT profiles), ideally with some manufacturing or chemical-related industry exposure
  • Generalist profiles, or those that would go into the following practices: Growth, Marketing & Sales, M&A/carve-out
  • 3-4y change management profiles, also including organization and management development topics

The salary range for the role would be ~€(100-120)K total (including ~20% bonus).
