Digital & CRM Communication Strategy Manager (m/w/d)

As our new Digital & CRM Communication Strategy Manager (m/w/d) you will define and drive HME’s (Hyundai Motor Europe) Marketing CRM communications strategy. The objective is to win new customers and increase loyalty of existing customers by engaging them efficiently. In this role you are responsible for the optimization of every stage of the CRM funnel from a marketing communication and campaign perspective.


Your tasks:


  • Define and drive Hyundai’s CRM strategy for all product lines from a marketing communication and campaign perspective.
  • Implement data driven CRM campaigns to maximize sales for Hyundai products & services.
  • Utilize data analytics and insights to make informed decisions, continually improve performance, and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and shared objectives among HME’s Digital, Media, and Customer Engagement Teams and optimize workflows together with the Customer Experience Department to drive efficiency and innovation across the funnel.
  • Act as HME Marketing’s counterpart to HME Customer Experience Department in multi-year projects such as Salesforce rollout and CDP based Next Best Offer / Next Best Action activation.
  • Direct the creative agencies, marketing database providers, and fulfilment providers in tandem with the local CRM teams while managing vendor relationships towards continuous evolution of Hyundai’s digital Customer Experience.


Your profile:


  • Ideally a Degree (BSc, MSc) in Marketing or Business Administration or an equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in CRM management and lead generation in automotive environment (OEM, dealership or service provider)
  • Strong and proven project management skills are a must.
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus.
  • Understanding of CRM strategy, brand communication, CRM analytics, sales process and procedures.
  • Strong analytical skills, solution oriented and team player
  • Fluent English language as well as excellent presentation skills
