Wir bringen dich berufsbegleitend in entspannten 3 Jahren (Vollzeit: 2 Jahre) zum Bachelor Professional und machen dich topfit in Design Leadership. Was das ist? Ganz einfach: Wir bringen dir alles bei in den Bereichen Werbekreation, Design-Thinking und Art-Direction und machen ganz nebenbei aus dir noch eine ausgewiesene Führungspersönlichkeit.

Der Bachelor Professional ist mit dem akademischen Bachelor gleichwertig und ist eine attraktive, praxisorientierte Alternative insbesondere für Berufserfahrene. Bundesweit entstehen zurzeit viele neue Master-Professional-Programme als Aufbaustudium. Das Programm Communication Design Director (m/w/d) am bib öffnet dir sogar weitere Türe für ein fortführendes Studium an einer Hochschule, weil du auf Wunsch die Fachhochschulreife erlangen kannst.
Voraussetzungen und Dauer

abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Werbegestaltung und mind. 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung (kann während der Fachschulbesuchs nachgeholt werden) oder
einschlägige Berufstätigkeit von mind. 5 Jahre

In Vollzeit dauert die Weiterbildung 2 Jahre. Mit Teilzeit dauert deine Weiterbildung 3 Jahre.
Förderung für Weiterbildung zum Communication Design Director
Das Programm Communication Design Director (m/w/d) ist insbesondere konzipiert für Berufserfahrene, die sich neue Karriereperspektive erschließen möchten. Sowohl die Vollzeit (24 Monate) als auch die Teilzeitvariante (36 Monate) werden nach dem Meister-BAföG (Aufstiegsfortbildungsförderungsgesetz, kurz: AFBG) gefördert.

Als Communication Design Director arbeitest du in leitender Position in der Werbe- und Medienbranche, als kreativer Kopf im Marketing oder als Head of PR.
Typische Berufsfelder sind beispielsweise der Art Director in einer Agentur, der Kampagnenmanager im Marketing oder der Public Relations / Social Media Manager.
