PositionOverview

As the Director ofTreasury, you will lead the treasury operations for AVIV Group,overseeing cash flow management, liquidity optimization, riskmanagement, and treasury team development across Germany, Belgiumand France. This role requires a strategic leader to managefinancial risks, develop treasury systems, and ensure complianceacross our international subsidiaries. You will be responsible foraligning treasury activities with the company's long-term financialgoals, collaborating across departments, and negotiating withfinancial institutions to safeguard financialstability.

KeyResponsibilities

·Cash Flow and LiquidityManagement:

  • Oversee andmanage the global cash flow of the corporate group, ensuringadequate liquidity for allsubsidiaries.
  • Develop accurate short- andlong-term cash forecasts, ensuring effective fund allocation acrossregions.
  • Manage in-house banking solutions,including multicurrency cash pools, and minimize excess cashbalances while reducing interestexpenses.
  • Identify and mitigate potentialfinancial risks, including currency, commodity, and interest raterisks.
  • Lead the company's FX hedging strategy,coordinating with subsidiaries to minimize foreign currencyexposure
  • Ensure compliance withcountry-specific financial regulations and maintain necessarytreasury documentation.

·Team Leadership andDevelopment:

  • Manage anddevelop a small high-performing treasury team, fostering talentgrowth and ensuring efficient operation across globaloffices.
  • Provide leadership in digitaltransformation efforts, driving the implementation of TreasuryManagement Systems (TMS) and processimprovements.
  • Promote interculturalcollaboration and lead cross-functional teams in implementingglobal treasury strategies.

·TreasuryOperations:

  • Collaboratewith internal stakeholders including tax, accounting, controlling,legal, and operational teams to streamline treasuryfunctions.
  • Negotiate and manage relationshipswith banks and financial partners, ensuring favorable terms forfinancial transactions.
  • Oversee the issuance ofdebt, refinancing activities, and liquidity planning to support thecompany's financial needs.
  • Work closely withowners to execute on overall treasurystrategy.

· Reportingand Compliance:

  • Monitorand present detailed reports on treasury activities, includingliquidity status, risks, and compliance metrics to seniormanagement.
  • Ensure treasury operations arecompliant with internal controls, Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, andother financial regulations.
  • Lead continuousimprovement projects aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and costefficiency of the treasuryfunction.

· TechnologyandInnovation:

  • Spearheadthe digitalization of treasury processes as a Business ProcessOwner, leveraging the Treasury Management Systems to optimizeglobal cash and debt reporting.
  • Lead and/orwork closely with operational teams on treasury-related projectsaimed at automating manual cash operations, improving cashcollections, and enhancing forecastingaccuracy.
AdditionalInformation

What we are lookingfor:

  • 8-10+ years ofrelevant treasury experience in both operational and strategicroles, preferably in online marketplaces or SaaSindustries
  • Knowledge of private equity debtfinancing and treasury accountingcritical.
  • Proven track record of leadinginternational treasury teams and digital transformationinitiatives.
  • Strong experience with FX hedging,liquidity management, and global cash flowforecasting.
  • Familiarity with TreasuryManagement Systems (TMS) and proficiency in using financialsoftware for forecasting and reporting.
  • Stronganalytical abilities with a keen eye fordetail.
  • Excellent communication and leadershipskills, capable of managing diverse internationalteams.
  • Expertise in risk management, derivativepricing, and global treasury bestpractices.
  • Proficiency in English is required;fluency in other languages such as German or French is highlydesirable.
