There international team of around 130 architects brings over 65 years of experience, delivering intelligent, sustainable architecture through resource-efficient workflows and a strong focus on education, research, and healthcare environmentsOur client is now searching for an experienced architectural Project Manager looking to take ownership of complex, high-profile projects? The role is based in the clients Munich office and lead challenging architectural developments for renowned clients across research, education, and healthcare environments.In this role, you will take end-to-end responsibility for the successful delivery of projects of varying scale and typology, working closely with our clients design studios, specialist planners, and external partners to deliver architecturally outstanding, technically sophisticated, and sustainable solutions.Your RoleLead and manage complex architectural projects from concept through completionDrive the delivery of innovative research, education, and healthcare environmentsLead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and specialist consultantsAct as the main point of contact for building owners and external service providersEnsure compliance with cost, schedule, and quality targetsTake full responsibility for project and contract management, including budgets through to handoverYour ProfileDiploma or Master’s degree in ArchitectureExtensive professional experience as a Project Manager across all planning and execution phases (supported by references)Strong expertise coordinating specialist planners in highly serviced buildings, particularly in research or healthcareStrong conceptual and design skills with an innovative, solution-oriented mindsetPassion for sustainable construction; experience with timber construction is an advantageConfident, assertive, and collaborative leadership style with strong communication skillsWhat We OfferChallenging projects: Work on complex, large-scale projects across diverse typologiesStability & flexibility: Permanent position with flexible working hoursModern workplace: Digitally connected environment with mobile working optionsAttractive benefits: Job ticket, Urban Sports membership, training budget, and workation opportunitiesInspiring culture: International, multicultural team with flat hierarchies and an open, collaborative cultureCareer development: Tailored training opportunities and long-term growth perspectivesInterested?
