The Team

In our CIO Advisory team, we help clients leverage technology to deliver business innovation, enhance customer experience, optimize operations, and drive revenue growth. We advise senior IT leaders on strategic IT initiatives, provide enterprise architecture consulting, and guide IT transformation programs.

The role

As a German Speaking IT Service Manager in our CIO Advisory team, you will have the following responsibilities:

·        Manage end-to-end IT service delivery for a portfolio of clients, ensuring high client satisfaction

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor

·        Develop and manage service level agreements (SLAs) and operating level agreements (OLAs)

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive service improvement initiatives

·        Monitor and report on service performance, identifying areas for improvement

·        Provide service management expertise and guidance to project teams

·        Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in IT service management

·        Act as a point of escalation for service-related issues

Requirements

·        Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

·        Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

·        Proven experience as an IT Service Manager or similar role

·        ITIL certification or knowledge of ITIL frameworks and processes

·        Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices

·        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·        Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

·        Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
