Product Marketing Team Leader

MacGregor Black is collaborating with a Renowned International Consumer business to find a Product Marketing Team Leader. This is a permanent position based in Western Germany.


As a Product Marketing Team Leader, you will play a key role in guiding the marketing strategies for one of our product lines. You will be responsible for leading a team to ensure that the product’s positioning and messaging resonate with the target audience, driving demand and achieving revenue goals. From market analysis to campaign execution, you will oversee the end-to-end process of product marketing, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring the product vision to life.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and high performance.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the product’s value proposition and market needs.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels to ensure maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to set and exceed revenue targets for the product line.
  • Leverage customer insights to refine product positioning and tailor marketing efforts to meet market demands.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and messaging.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
