Client Advisor/ Modeberater (m/w/d)


Dein Verantwortungsbereich

  • Du verstehst Dich als Brand Ambassador unserer Marke und brennst für den Verkauf
  • Aufgrund Deines Produktwissens und Deinem Gespür für Mode schaffst Du es unsere Kunden mit unserer Ware überzeugend zu beraten
  • Aufbau und Pflege des Kundenstamms durch einzigartige Shopping Erlebnisse
  • Optimale Umsetzung der Visual Merchandising-Richtlinien
  • Bearbeiten von Kundenanfragen
  • Verwaltung des Warensortiments (halbjährliche Inventuren, regelmäßige Warenbestandskontrolle)


Anforderungsprofil

  • Du hast vorzugsweise eine Ausbildung im Einzelhandel bzw. einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Bekleidung und Accessoires
  • Deine Leidenschaft für den Verkauf spiegelt sich im ausgezeichneten Service für unsere Kunden wider
  • Durch Deine Fashionaffinität und Trendorientierung schaffst Du es unseren Kunden die Markenphilosophie näher zu bringen
  • Du hast ein positives Auftreten, bist begeisterungsfähig und hast eine hohe Eigenmotivation
  • Hands-on-Mentalität ist für Dich selbstverständlich und Du verstehst Dich als Teamplayer
  • Du bringst gute Englischkenntnisse mit, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
