China Mobile International (Germany) GmbH would like to hire a Business Development Specialist (m/f/x) , who will be responsible for the acquisition, support and value-added development of enterprise customers in Europe Region.


Responsibility:

  • Developing and executing market development plans consistent with division goals and objectives to drive revenue and customer volume growth.
  • Responsible for managing development strategies and analyzing market trends, competitor activities as well as customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Actively searching and building relationships with prospective customers via all communicative tools in assigned areas
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams including product development, sales, marketing and customer service to ensure successful delivery of projects
  • Presenting performance analysis results to superiors to help with future product design and sales and marketing strategies
  • Building and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, industry influence, and partners


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing or equivalent field.
  • Minimum 1-year professional experience in direct sales and new customer business
  • Solid social connections and contacts in medium-sized as well as large multinational companies in European countries
  • Solid telecommunication industry skills and/or knowledge in selling cloud services and data services
  • Self-motivated team player with customer- and result-oriented working attitude
  • Fluent English and German language skills
  • Travel flexibility
