The Role

EIT InnoEnergy is seeking a dynamic and motivated Brand & Communications Intern / working student to join our Brand & Corporate Communications team. This job offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various facets of brand management and corporate communications (Public Relations, Internal Communications, Investor Communications, Public Policy Communications and events), within a leading European climate tech investor that helps drive Europe’s energy transition and re-industrialisation.


As a Brand & Communications team member, you will support the team in executing key projects that drive brand awareness, engagement, and positioning across multiple audiences (B2C, B2B, and B2G). You will work closely with the Brand & Corporate Communications team, contributing to initiatives that enhance InnoEnergy’s brand presence and corporate reputation.


Responsibilities


  • Brand Management Support:
  • Assist in the development and rollout of brand assets.
  • Help ensure consistent application of the brand across various internal and external channels.
  • Communications & PR:
  • Assist in the creation of content, including social media, newsletters and website updates.
  • Support the execution of communication campaigns.
  • Help execute internal communication campaigns aimed at boosting employee engagement.
  • Assist in repurposing external communication content for internal use to align with employer branding efforts.
  • Support with the management of key facts and stats and updating corporate collateral
  • Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct market research and stakeholder analysis to support brand and communication strategies.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting on KPIs related to brand and communication initiatives.


Qualifications


  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Basic understanding of brand management, corporate communications, and public relations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, SEMrush), CMS and Canva is a plus.
  • Creative and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Keen interest in helping drive the energy transition
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (native or close to native level) is required; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
