As a subsidiary of the SANHUA Holding Group, Sanhua Automotive Europe GmbH is a Tier 1 supplier in the automotive industry and offers various products such as expansion valves, multi-way valves, chillers, cooling plates and pumps for both traditional and electric vehicles. As a highlight, Sanhua Automotive also has in-depth know-how for integrated modules of thermal management systems such as batteries, E/E components, powertrains and HVAC.

Responsibilities
- Manage the General Manager's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the General Manager.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in German and English, especially German, as you may need to attend business meetings and receptions as an interpreter.
- Background in science, engineering, or business, preferably with some work experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office software, with strong PPT skills to assist the General Manager in completing work reports.
- Outgoing and confident personality, with strong coordination and communication skills, capable of helping to organize large and formal business events.
