Our scale-up client are developing the next generation of microchip processing technology and they are seeking a Sales Manager (m, f, d) to lead their business development activities and drive growth. This is a unique opportunity to join a young scale-up in a key position, where you will shape and build the Sales strategy.
About the Company:
Our client has developed an advanced process for microchip processing, which is integral to the production of high-performance chips are used in nearly all modern technology. Based in Bochum, they are on a rapid growth trajectory and are poised to become a key player in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, conduct market analyses, and create tailored sales concepts.
- Outbound business development activities, utilising and growing your network in the semiconductor industry, regular client visits, representing the company at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events.
- Frequent interaction with R&D and product teams to ensure they are working to market requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales within the semiconductor industry.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
- Experience in dicing or similar areas is highly desirable.
