Business Development Manager - Pharmaceutical
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical sector, with a keen focus on the German tender market and reimbursement procedures.
Qualifications:
• Education: Graduation in Business Management or pharmacy is required. Preference will be given to candidates with a Post-Graduation in Business management.
• 3-5 years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales within the European pharmaceutical critical care sector.
• Proven track record of success in participating in tenders within the German market besides other European states.
• Understanding of the regulatory environment, market dynamics, and customer needs specific to the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
Software Proficiency:
• Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and WINLINE is a plus.
Contractual Acumen:
• Possess a basic understanding of contract structures relevant to the pharmaceutical industry, such as Out Licensing, Distribution and Quality Technical Agreements.
• Results-Oriented: A self-starter with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
Language Proficiency:
• Fluency in German and English language is necessary. People with knowledge of other foreign languages will be given preference.

• Werne an der Lippe ( North Rhine Westphalia)
Reporting to: General Manager
Working Hours: 40 hours per week.
