Leitung Sachgebiet Strategie Klärwerke / Kanalbetrieb (m/w/d)

Wir suchen Sie für das Tiefbauamt / Eigenbetrieb Stadtentwässerung Stuttgart (SES) der Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. Die Stelle ist zum 01.01.2025 und unbefristet zu besetzen.

Der Eigenbetrieb Stadtentwässerung Stuttgart (SES) ist ein gemeinwohlorientierter Umweltbetrieb der Abwasserwirtschaft im Großraum Stuttgart mit 350 Beschäftigten. Als Leiter/-in des Sachgebiets Strategie sind Sie für die nachhaltige und klimafreundliche Entwicklung der vier Klärwerke und des Kanalbetriebs zuständig. Das Asset-Management der Klärwerke, die Weiterentwicklung der etablierten Managementsysteme und die Öffentlichkeitsarbeit der SES sind wesentliche Aufgaben des Sachgebiets.

Ihre Aufgabenschwerpunkte:
  • Sie leiten das Sachgebiet Strategie Klärwerke und Kanalbetrieb mit 6 Mitarbeitenden
  • Sie entwickeln Strategien zur Umsetzung der neuen gesetzlichen und gesellschaftlichen Anforderungen
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer Konzepte zum Erhalt der Infrastruktur und Optimierung der Anlagen
  • Sie leiten und steuern übergeordnete Projekte wie z. B. Forschungs- und Entwicklungsvorhaben, Digitalisierungs- und Betriebsoptimierungsprojekte
  • Sie setzen die Pflichten gemäß des Abwasserabgabegesetzes für die SES um
  • Sie unterstützen die SES-Betriebsleitung bei der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit

Eine Änderung oder Ergänzung des Aufgabengebiets bleibt vorbehalten.

Ihr Profil:
  • ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Master) oder 2. Staatsexamen (Regierungsbaumeister/-in) der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen, Umwelttechnik oder Ressourcenmanagement Wasser mit Vertiefung im Bereich Siedlungswasserwirtschaft oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs (bei ausländischen Abschlüssen ist die Vorlage einer Anerkennung in Deutschland erforderlich)
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Wasserwirtschaft, Umweltrecht und im wissenschaftlichen Arbeiten
  • Erfahrung in der Mitarbeitendenführung
  • Fachwissen im Qualitäts-, Umwelt-, Energie- und agilen Projektmanagement sowie betriebswissenschaftliche Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert
  • Deutschkenntnisse mit guter Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift
