What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the ML Team and shape the AI strategy for both short- and long-term projects
  • Provide guidance and hands-on leadership to a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists
  • Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models, covering areas like natural language processing, computer vision, and neural networks
  • Act as the primary connection between the executive team and engineering group, translating business goals into innovative AI-driven solutions
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver scalable, impactful AI technologies
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and adopt new frameworks and technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation


What We’re Looking For:

  • Extensive hands-on experience in machine learning
  • A deep understanding of machine learning models, including neural networks, NLP, and computer vision
  • At least 5 years leading technical teams, with proven success in scaling high-performance groups
  • Visionary mindset with the ability to set strategy while being deeply technical
  • Strong collaborator who can work cross-functionally to deliver on complex challenges
  • Fluency in key AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch etc
  • Someone who loves and is experienced with the challenges, pace and demand of working in a scaling startup business
