We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Industrial Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts within the industrial HVAC sector. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while also identifying and securing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industrial HVAC industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's presence in the industrial HVAC market.


Identify key accounts and build strong relationships with decision-makers to understand their needs and requirements.


Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and customer service, to develop tailored solutions for clients.


Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update clients on product offerings, industry trends, and new developments.


Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in a timely manner, negotiating terms and pricing to maximize profitability.


Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.


Achieve sales targets and KPIs, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and profitability goals.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM software.


Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and quality assurance.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.


Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or Sales Manager in the industrial HVAC industry.


Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and applications, with the ability to understand and communicate technical specifications and requirements.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence key stakeholders.


Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.


Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for sales reporting and analysis.


Willingness to travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and visit project sites as needed.


Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
