**As a Site Supervisor, you will**:

- Assist in the daily operations of all activities of a small to modest sized project located on site in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company.
- Supervise the daily efforts of the technical and administrative staff of a project including reports, staffing, and personnel management to ensure contract compliance.
- Engage in transitional activities, vendor management, client relations, project setup, and contract changes.
- Implement all activities associated with an industrial maintenance project that typically employs up to 25 - 350 employees (both direct hires and subcontract workers) in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements of the company.
- Collaborate with Human Resources to resolve employee workplace issues.
- Collaborate with Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) professionals to resolve and prevent HSE issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve mission success.
- Keep upper management aware of all developments, issues and concerns.
- Ensure projects are completed on/under budget and on time.
- Utilize your knowledge and experience with PWS’s, SOW’s and contract requirements to ensure that the company remains in contract compliance.
- Take ownership of Base Operations to maintain the location in a professional manner.
- Enforce KBR’s Zero Harm and Courage to Care Philosophies.
- ** Oversee the following areas**:

- Custodial Services
- Construction
- Subcontractors

**REQUIREMENTS**
- ** Must have at least 3 years of Site Management experience.**:

- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent. Undergraduate or Technical Degree or Trades Certification or Licensure (HVAC, Electric, Power Generation) preferred.
- Experience Writing and compiling reports.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Requires knowledge and understanding of contract requirements and contract management.
- Must have knowledge and understanding of budget management and financial reporting.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Working knowledge of TDB Med 530, 577, Mil-Standards 3006C preferred.
