Reporting into the Country Trading Lead you will be analyzing business performance, identifying growth opportunities, and driving initiatives that boost demand and conversion.A key part of this role will be to collaborate closely with the Marketing department, acting as a strategic and analytical partner to help shape more data-driven marketing decisions and scale up their quantitative capabilities.In this role, you will be working with the team out of our modern Berlin office 3 days per week.These are some of the key ingredients to the role:Analyse daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to understand demand drivers, identify gaps, and surface timely opportunities.Support weekly trading meetings with clear performance insights and forward-looking forecasts for key stakeholders.Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for campaign planning and strategic priorities.Collaborate with Marketing to align commercial goals with campaign execution, ensuring data-informed, high-impact actions.Define, size, and assess marketing promotions and initiatives, bringing structure and quantitative rigor to planning.Work closely with Performance Marketing to optimise spending for topline growth and new customer acquisition.Evaluate the commercial and ROI effectiveness of promotional and marketing activities to inform future strategies.Partner with Commercial and Logistic teams to align marketing activations with business needs and measurement.Contribute to a playbook of demand-driving levers, capturing learnings for scalable and repeatable trading actions.What will you bring to the table?Similar experience in a performance, strategy, or business analytics role preferably within a marketplace, e-commerce, or tech-driven consumer business.Advanced analytical skills with fluency in Excel, SQL, and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, etc.).Experience turning data into decisions from framing the right questions, to building models and dashboards, to influencing stakeholders.A strong communicator and collaborator, able to work closely with non-analytical teams and bring them along the data journey.Familiarity with key marketing channels and metrics is a strong plus (e.g., CRM, paid media, promotional mechanics).Previous experience working with a Marketing Mix Modelling is a plusEnthusiastic and adaptable, with a can-do attitude, proactivity and ability to thrive in a range of environmentsAt Lieferando, heres whats on the menu:An attractive compensation package that rewards performance, complemented by a culture of open feedback and regular performance reviews.Monthly Lieferando Pay credit of 90 for delicious meals at work.Company pension scheme with 20% employer contribution.Be part of a diverse team with over 99 nationalities and access to ERGs (Employee Resource Groups).Extensive learning opportunities: Learning Hub, LinkedIn Learning, Bookboon, internal trainings, and online English courses.Hybrid working model for greater flexibility.Team events, after-work drinks, charity activities, as well as summer and winter partiesInclusion, Diversity & BelongingNo matter who you are, what you look like, whom you love or where you come from at Just Eat Takeaway.com, you can find your place.
