Senior Java Developer (IoT Systems) – Frankfurt - Up to €95k

Your Role: As a Senior Java Developer, you will play a critical role in the development of our next-generation IoT systems. You will work alongside a team of talented engineers, designing, implementing, and optimizing robust backend solutions. Your expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate will be crucial in ensuring our systems are scalable, secure, and performant.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of core backend components using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
  • Design and implement microservices architecture, ensuring high availability and scalability.
  • Utilize Kubernetes and Docker for container orchestration and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine system requirements.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent German (both written and spoken) – Essential for effective communication within our team and with clients.
  • Extensive experience in Java development, with deep knowledge of Spring Boot and Hibernate.
  • Strong understanding of Kubernetes and Docker for containerized application deployment.
  • Experience with IoT systems or complex distributed systems is a plus.
  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable, high-performance systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, leadership-oriented mindset.
