About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our team at Syskoplan Reply. As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex Java-based applications and working closely with our clients to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of Java-based applications using frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Struts.
  • Design and implement robust and scalable software solutions using Java and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure that all code meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Java and related technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our solutions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong focus on software design and architecture.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
  • Fluency in German or English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
