We are currently looking for a contractor for our esteemed customers Loyalty program.

The project contains the following:



  1. Loyalty Strategic Initiatives Design: objective to support 2024 sales and customer growth and retention goals with relevant Loyalty initiatives & campaigns in Q3+4 2024.


  1. The project includes the following tasks:
  2. Review the current strategic Loyalty initiatives H2 2024 to identify areas for improvement, aiming to drive incremental revenue, customer retention, and engagement
  3. Drive overall Loyalty campaign and initiative plan and activities
  4. Develop analytical framework for campaign and initiative evaluation, coordinate execution


  1. Loyalty Program Design: develop and sign-off new Loyalty program concept that will consolidate the current Loyalty landscape with the objective to increase customer retention and drive incremental sales value.


  1. The project includes the following tasks:
  2. Complete new Loyalty program design for final sign-off
  3. Recommend experiments to validate hypotheses, coordinate experimentation roadmap and integrate results into new Loyalty program design
  4. Develop marketing and launch plan including migration roadmap and customer communication
  5. Perform financial modeling for the new program incl. clear penetration targets and success metrics
  6. Validate the recommended new program features and assess their feasibility
