Salesforce Technical Architect

In this newly role you will be responsible for implementing and running Salesforce Core and Marketing Cloud platforms as technical product owner. Your work will enable Hyundai Connected Mobility to operate its CRM and Marketing functions by establishing an IT landscape from the ground up.


We want you to:

  • Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations ensuring timely and successful completion
  • Ensure all Salesforce solutions adhere to best practices, compliance standards, and security protocols
  • Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and end-users to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Provide guidance and best practices for Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration with other systems
  • Offer technical support and training to Salesforce administrators and users to enhance system utilization and performance


About you:

  • Degree or equivalent training
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in large Salesforce implementation projects, with at least 3 years as a Solutions Architect or Technical Architect
  • Strong background in Salesforce development
  • Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect) are highly desirable Deep architectural understanding of Salesforce, including data modeling, security, and systems integration principles
  • Experience with MuleSoft is an advantage.
  • Experience in a dynamic Startup or consulting environment is beneficial
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
