  • Professionelle Ansprechperson für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) bei allen personalrelevanten, arbeitsrechtlichen und organisatorischen Themenstellungen
  • Verantwortlich für die Umsetzung von HR-Prozessen
  • Impulsgeber (m/w/d) durch Erkennen und Analysieren von Veränderungsbedarfen sowie Begleitung von Organisationsentwicklungen
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung der HR-Strategie und Personalpolitik des Unternehmens
  • Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung von HR-/Sonderprojekten
  • Enge und kooperative Zusammenarbeit mit allen relevanten HR-Schnittstellen sowie dem Betriebsrat

Dein Profil:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im wirtschafts-, sozial- oder geisteswissenschaftlichen Bereich, wie BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie, oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise mit Weiterbildung zur/zum Personalfachkauffrau / Personalfachkaufmann
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im operativen HR-Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Betriebsverfassungsgesetz sowie in HR-Best-Practices
  • Erfahrung in der engen Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat und der Beratung von Führungskräften
  • Proaktive, selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Verhandlungsgeschick, fachliche und persönliche Souveränität sowie ein empathisches Auftreten
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
