Das sind Ihre Aufgaben
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung inspirierender lokaler B2B- und B2C-Kommunikationsaktivitäten zur Unterstützung der Marktposition sowie Steigerung des Markenimages der Premiummarke Liebherr Hausgeräte
- Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Customer Journey entlang aller Touchpoints und Weiterentwicklung unserer Omnichannel-Strategie
- Besonderes Augenmerk auf in-store/digital Experience sowie Trade Marketing Aktivitäten zur Unterstützung des selektiven Vertriebssystems
- Schnittstelle zum globalen Communication & Brand Management sowie dem regionalen Vertrieb, eCommerce und Category Management
- Gestaltung der PR-Aktivitäten für die Region Deutschland in Abstimmung mit dem globalen Team
- Effizientes und effektives KPI- und Budget-Management incl. Budgetverantwortung
- Führungskraft eines Teams (8-10 Personen) von Digital Communication, Trade Marketing, Brand Communication, PR, Graphik und Produkttraining
Das bringen Sie mit
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing/Kommunikation
- Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Marketing Kommunikation für eine Premiummarke, idealerweise mit B2B und B2C Erfahrung
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
- Hohe Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
- Kreativität und Gespür für hochwertige Ausführung
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
