Such cars will come to reality faster than you can imagine. Our expertise is based on our years together at the optical technologies market leader ZEISS.

Our MarCOM team is responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing communication strategies to promote Scantinel´s outstanding technology, products, and services.

Your role involves creating engaging content, managing various communication channels, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as business development and sales, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of marketing efforts.
- Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, press releases, and advertising materials in a B2B environment.- Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring content is up-to-date, accurate, and optimized for search engines.- Design and Editing: Utilize your strong creative design skills to produce visually appealing marketing materials. This includes photo editing, video creation, and editing to enhance promotional content.- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for marketing communication strategies.**Your main responsibilities**:
**You should have**:

- Registered study in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Engineering or a related field.- Photo and Video Editing Experience: Demonstrated experience in photo and video editing, with a portfolio showcasing your work.- Creative Design Skills: Strong proficiency in graphic design and multimedia content creation, with experience using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro).- Preferred experience in Industrial Product Design and 3D Modeling: experience with industrial product design and 3D modeling software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Blender, or similar. This includes creating and manipulating 3D models, rendering high-quality images using software like KeyShot, and understanding of product design principles- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different audiences and channels.- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience in optimizing website content for search engines.- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing communication strategies.- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.- Ability to learn fast e.g. about topics like LiDAR technology, autonomous mobility etc.- Fluent in English.- Homeoffice / Mobile Office- Flexible working hours- Cantine- Employee Discounts- Job Bike- Good access to public transportation- Company Events- Modern Workplace**Our Benefits**:
