Join us in shaping a sustainable and innovative future with every project.About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated Data Center Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of mission-critical construction projects in the Frankfurt region. The ideal candidate has a background in Architecture, Civil or M&E Engineering and proven experience working in complex, highly regulated environments such as Data Centers, Pharmaceutical facilities, or Logistics hubs.Key Responsibilities• Manage and coordinate all phases of data center construction and fit-out projects.• Work closely with design teams, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.• Support the development of project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.• Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards, technical requirements, and project timelines.• Coordinate permitting, documentation, and quality control procedures during project execution.• Provide project reporting, progress updates, and technical insights to senior management.• Ensure seamless communication between engineering, procurement, and construction teams.Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.• Knowledge of HSE procedures• 2–5 years of project management experience, ideally within mission-critical sectors (Data Centers, Pharma, Logistics, Industrial).• Knowledge of German construction codes (VOB, HOAI)• Solid understanding of construction processes, design coordination, and regulatory frameworks.• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).• Fluent English is required; German is an advantage.• Valid working permit in Germany (required).Preferred Skills• Experience with high-density MEP systems or complex infrastructure projects.• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, technically demanding environments.What We Offer• Opportunity to work on state-of-the-art data center projects in one of Europe’s major tech hubs.• Career development and training within a growing international organization.• Competitive compensation package and supportive team culture.
