Senior Project Manager

The Project Manager will lead the execution projects within the Pharmaceutical, BioPharma and Life Sciences sectors. Responsibilities Delivery of capital projects safely, on budget and to schedulePlan, execute and track the progress of projects through the design phases from concept to handover, incl. commissioning and qualificationEnsure key deliverables as per client standards are adhered toEffective communicator on all levels of the organizations involvedEstablish project objectives in line with project requirements and ensure goals & timelines are achievedDevise and implement robust plans and strategies to effectively manage the project lifespanTransparently communicate project issues to the team and other stakeholders as applicable, and follow-up with the right skill sets to put best solutions in place on time and within budgetProvide direction and vision to the project teamAbility to resource and link the right skillset on projectsBuild effective communication between the team, clients and stakeholdersReporting to management on project/schedule/cost including transparent reporting on issuesEnsure adherence to the client's quality and engineering standardsDevelop & implement appropriate project execution strategy under involvement of the appropriate stakeholdersMonitor compliance to applicable practices policies, and specificationsManage and perform overall proactive quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance etc.) Qualifications 10+ years project experience3rd level degree in relevant engineering discipline7+ years experience with (large) Pharmaceutical/BioPharma/Life Sciences ProjectsGerman and English speaking, fluent or business proficient.Full lifecycle Project ManagementCost Control and proven experience in meeting cost targetsScheduling and achieving schedulesDelivery of projects within a GMP environmentThorough understanding of engineering principles, concepts, industry practices and standardsInclusion and Diversity are core to our culture and values.
