Das erwartet dich bei uns
  • Als Vertrauensperson sorgst du für einen reibungslosen Ablauf sämtlicher operativer Personalprozesse.
  • Das beinhaltet u.a. die Erstellung von Verträgen, Arbeitszeugnissen und weiterer Personaldokumente sowie die Entwicklung und Implementierung von HR-Richtlinien.
  • Du begleitest unsere Mitarbeitenden durch den kompletten Employee Lifecycle und stehst ihnen bei People Operations Fragen unterstützend zur Seite.
  • Unser Accounting-Team unterstützt du bei der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung und du verantwortest die Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres HRIS Bob.
  • Du hältst dich über Arbeitsgesetze und -vorschriften auf dem Laufenden und stimmst dich mit den HR Admins der Unternehmensgruppe zu den operativen HR-Prozessen ab.
  • Du verwaltest und entwickelst unser umfangreiches Benefits-Programm und bringst deine Ideen für weitere People Initiativen ein.
  • Du dokumentierst interne People Prozesse und teilst das Wissen so mit dem Team.
  • In dir schlummert auch ein Organisationstalent mit Begeisterung für Eventplanung? Dann kannst du gerne die Planung unserer einzigartigen Teamevents übernehmen.
