For our oncology division in Germany, Baxter is seeking a

**Network Planner (f/m/d)**

to join our pharmaceutical production facility located in Bielefeld.

Our Bielefeld plant is a crucial part of our operations, specializing in the production of high potent unsterile oncology APIs. With a legacy dating back to the 1920s, our Bielefeld manufacturing plant has positioned Baxter as a global leader in the manufacturing of cytotoxic drugs. With approximately 50 dedicated employees, the Bielefeld site plays a pivotal role in the production of life-saving oncology medications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for end-to-end finished goods, sub-assembly and raw material planning for a specific range of products sourced from one or more Baxter plants and/or 3rd party manufacturing suppliers.
- Create FG & SA MPS based on agreed capacity that supports the net requirements, maintains service commitments whilst achieving operational goals and work in partnership with plant schedulers to ensure plan execution
- Generate & transmit 3rd party FG or RM purchase orders and procurement plans and collaborate with operational execution teams to manage exceptions & alerts.
- Ensure inventory availability across the distribution network by defining and/or approving the inventory parameters and determining and controlling the distribution plan
- Generate & transmit FG, RM & SA distribution plans (DRP) and collaborate with operational execution teams to manage exceptions & alerts.
- Monitor performance across the network, investigate challenges or risks and work collaboratively with operational teams to simulate potential resolution options and improve performance
- Proactively communicate and manage potential supply or demand issues that could negatively impact service level, cash flow or cost
- Support the global SI&OP process through escalation of performance, opportunities and risks
- In conjunction with the CoE, define inventory policy and manage inventory performance in line with defined target levels
- Manage a Master Production Plan for designated products
- Manage/maintain a plan for the supply of materials/components to meet production requirements relative to a defined Master Production Plan
- Manage a finished goods Distribution plan for designated products through a defined network

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
- APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP) or relevant experience
- Knowledge in Supply Chain toolkit - Rapid Response
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Supply Chain Management
- Drives results through initiative and team leadership
- Ability to communicate across multiple levels of the organization
- Capable to translating complex supply chain challenges into simple communication
- Business fluent in German and English
