Wir suchen Sie als Überzeugungstäter:in
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Aufbau und Führung des B2B Sales Teams für das „Trading as a Service“-Angebot.
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien zur Ansprache von Kunden wie Batteriespeicher- und Kraftwerksbetreibern.
- Identifikation und Akquise von Neukunden im Bereich erneuerbare Energien und flexibler Erzeuger.
- Führung von Vertragsverhandlungen und Entwicklung individueller Vermarktungslösungen.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Analytics-Team zur Optimierung von Handelsstrategien.
- Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Konferenzen und Branchenveranstaltungen.
Ihr Profil:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb in der Energiewirtschaft, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Produkte und Lösungen in den Erneuerbaren Energien
- Führungserfahrung und nachweisliche Erfolge in der Akquise komplexer Verträge
- Fundiertes technisches Verständnis für Kraftwerke und Speichertechnologien
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
