Junior Consultant Project Management

- Wie Du spannende Projekte mit vielen Projektstufen und Beteiligten koordinierst und schließlich über die Ziellinie bringst.
- Wie Du über Dich hinauswächst, um in einer bestimmten Zeit mit einem bestimmten Budget eine komplexe Aufgabe zu lösen. Du stimmst Dich mit Stakeholdern ab, weißt, welche Fragen offen sind und behältst auch das Qualitätsmanagement im Blick.
- Wie unglaublich vielfältig Projektmanagement sein kann: Du beginnst mit einfachen Verfahren und gewinnst hier Sicherheit. Dank kontinuierlicher Schulungen baust Du Deine Fähigkeiten on the Job weiter aus.
- Wie Du als kommunikationsstarkes Bindeglied zwischen internen und externen Projektpartnern das Team zusammenhältst und dafür sorgst, dass beschlossene Maßnahmen auch umgesetzt werden.
- Dass es ungemein befriedigend ist, in Analysen, Projektplänen und Statusberichten Dinge auf den Punkt zu bringen, Fortschritte zu messen und einen sichtbaren Beitrag zum Erfolg zu leisten.
- Es Dich nicht aus der Ruhe bringt, mit unvorhergesehenen Ereignissen umzugehen, 1001 Dinge im Kopf zu haben und für Kunden wie Kollegen Ansprechpartner:in zu sein. Du verlierst einfach nie den Überblick und weißt immer, wo ein Projekt steht.
- Du es liebst, zu strukturieren und organisieren, aber Dich nicht in einem Hinterzimmer verstecken willst. Bei uns bist Du vorne mit dabei, hältst souverän Kundenworkshops und nimmst an Besprechungen teil.
- Du ein Fan von IT-Vorgehensmodellen wie Wasserfall oder Scrum bist und diese gerne in der Praxis optimierst. Dein Motto: „Das geht doch noch besser“
- Du Spaß daran hast, Meetings vor- und nachzubereiten, Präsentationen und Kommunikationsunterlagen zu erstellen und mit Deiner schnellen Auffassungsgabe Daten und Fakten einzuordnen sowie aufzubereiten.
- Du nach Deinem Abschluss im Bereich der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsinformatik idealerweise schon etwas Erfahrung im Managen von IT-Projekten sammeln konntest.
