- Als Technical Consultant/Technischer Berater (m/w/d) nimmst Du die technischen Anforderungen unserer Kunden auf und untersetzt diese mit Lösungsvorschlägen.
- Die Implementierung und Konzeptionierung unserer ECM-/DMS-Lösung in die Infrastruktur unserer öffentlichen Auftraggeber, Updates, Migrationen und der Betrieb liegen in Deiner Verantwortung.
- Gemeinsam mit unserer Fachabteilung Software Development führst du Last- und Stabilitätstests unseres ECM-/DMS-Produktes durch und unterstützt so bei der Optimierung der eingesetzten Hard- und Software.
- Fehlersuche und Optimierung komplexer Infrastrukturen gehören als Technical Consultant (m/w/d) ebenfalls zu Deinen Aufgaben.
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene berufsrelevante Ausbildung oder einen Studienabschluss und verfügst über erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Applikationsbetreuung.
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Basis-Systemen wie MS Windows Server oder Unix-Systeme (z.B. RedHat, Oracle), sowie übergreifende IT-Infrastrukturthemen.
- Idealerweise konntest Du bereits erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit relationalen Datenbanken (z. B. Oracle, MySQL oder PostGre) sammeln.
- Du bist im Besitz eines gültigen PKW-Führerscheins und bringst die Bereitschaft mit, drei bis fünf Dienstreisen im Monat durchzuführen.
- Du kannst hervorragend auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift kommunizieren (mindestens C1-Niveau).
- Zudem besitzt Du die Fähigkeit, komplexe, technische Inhalte verständlich zu vermitteln.
