ABOUT THE JOB
As an SAP authorisation consultant you will be responsible for design, development and maintenance of TUI’s SAP on premise and cloud authorisation and role concepts. In this context you will be a professional partner to all involved business contacts and stakeholders. This role you will be member of the related project teams as well as in daily support and advise in all authorization related issues. You will develop and implement authorization concepts in collaboration with business stakeholders, ensuring system and data security and GDPR compliance across the SAP landscape. You analyse the systems landscape, identify risks and solve business issues with access rules and authorisations. You take an engineering approach to solving authorization problems, selecting and guiding teams to use the right tools for the right jobs and thus solve the given business and technical problems in an efficient way. You show a commercial mentality, focusing on solving business problems in the best way. With your advanced skillset for understanding and solving problems you are able to take full ownership of complex topics or multi-faceted initiatives and outcomes panning across your domain. You will use your deep technical skills to ensure secure authorization is considered throughout the design and implementation of SAP software products and services. You are able to verbalise your thoughts and ideas and take the initiative to translate ideas into outcomes. You are well-connected across the domain, within the broader TUI community and relevant Communities of Practice. You stay up to date with TUI group practices and foster a “security first” mindset. You promote secure user behavior, legal compliance and high standards of data security towards colleagues, business stakeholders and auditors, and ensure that authorization concepts meet the highest standards. You love to work in an international, multi-cultural team. You challenge constructively and have high expectations of yourself and others. You always drive for technical excellence, ownership and self-organisation at team and personal level. You regularly coach, guide and develop more junior colleagues. You love to learn and acquire new skills and keep up to date with latest developments in your focus areas. Design, implementation, maintenance and administration of complex SAP systems authorizations with regards to stakeholder requirements (mainly SAP ERP, SRM, BI and HR modules) Error analysis and regulation of security and authorization issues Periodical checks of SAP systems regarding security aspects and suggest improvements Detect security issues and provide suitable solutions Assist in implementing SAP GRC solution Strong skills in SAP on premise authorization concept/design (mainly FI/CO/SD/HR) Good understanding of processes regarding Segregation of Duties, 4 eyes-principles, etc. Basic ABAP knowledge related to authorization objects Basic understanding of SAP Successfactors role based permissions Sensibility for general IT security related processes ABOUT OUR OFFER
