Die Rolle und das Team
Die Stelle ist Teil des neu gebildeten Compliance Operations Teams. Dieses Team ist für das Compliance-
Risikomanagement zuständig und konzentriert sich auf das effektive Funktionieren der Abteilung.
Das Compliance Operations Team behält den Überblick über alle Compliance-Aktivitäten in Deutschland und trägt dazu bei, dass die deutsche Organisation der Bank gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern
nachweisen kann, dass sie ihre Compliance- und Integritätsrisiken unter Kontrolle hat. Sie tragen zur
Planung, Berichterstattung, Überwachung und Prüfung der Wirksamkeit von Kontrollen bei. Für den
erfolgreichen Berufseinsteiger oder die erfolgreiche Berufseinsteigerin gibt es viele Möglichkeiten, sich weiterzuentwickeln. Das Modell, das die Compliance- Abteilung anstrebt, basiert auf dem T-förmigen Modell, um ein erfahrener Fachmann zu werden. Das Modell konzentriert sich auf die Erweiterung und Vertiefung der Anwendbarkeit von Wissen und Fähigkeiten, wobei sich das erforderliche Wissen im Laufe der Zeit entwickeln kann. In der Abteilung und in der gesamten Organisation begrüßen wir Vielfalt.
Die Stelle ist in der deutschen Niederlassung zu besetzen und erfordert die Zusammenarbeit mit deutschen Kollegen sowie mit Kollegen in der Hauptverwaltung in Amsterdam, Niederlande.
Englischkenntnisse auf professionellem Niveau sind daher eine wünschenswerte Voraussetzung.
