They are seeking an experienced Part Sales Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling replacement parts, accessories, and related products to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and contributing to the company's sales goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities


Customer Interaction:

  • Assist customers in identifying the correct parts for their needs through consultations in person, over the phone, or via email.
  • Provide detailed product information, including specifications, compatibility, and pricing.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and process returns efficiently.


Sales and Upselling:

  • Promote and sell parts and accessories to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Upsell additional products or services that complement the customer’s purchase.
  • Process sales transactions accurately, ensuring correct billing and invoicing.


Inventory Management:

  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date inventory of parts.
  • Order new stock as needed and manage reordering levels to avoid shortages.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to ensure accuracy.


Technical Knowledge:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the technical aspects and applications of various parts.
  • Stay updated on new products, industry trends, and technological advancements.
  • Provide technical advice and troubleshooting support to customers and colleagues.


Administrative Duties:

  • Keep detailed records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as service and repair teams, to ensure customer satisfaction.


Background


  • 5 years or more of work experience in spare parts marketing with rich knowledge, skills, and practical experience in spare parts pricing, spare parts, and boutique sales.
  • Strong cross team communication and collaboration skills, problem-solving abilities, and learning abilities, with strong achievement motivation and stress resistance;
  • Possess overall thinking and practical experience in projects under complex business changes;
  • Proficient in English communication skills, with German proficiency preferred;
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
