HR Systems Digital Transformation Manager

One of my German clients is about to embark on a global digitalisation project, focusing specifically on digitalising their HR processes.
The company has yet to select an HR system or fully understand how such systems can revolutionize their business. Consequently, they are looking to hire an HR Systems Transformation Manager. This role involves selecting an HR system (such as Workday, SuccessFactors, etc), designing the implementation roadmap, building an HRIS specialist team, and rolling out the system across their global entities.
If you have experience in leading HR system selection, designing HR digital transformation roadmaps, and building in-house HRIS teams, this Germany-based position could be a great fit for you.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the selection process for an appropriate HR system (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors).
- Design and develop a comprehensive HR digital transformation roadmap.
- Build and manage a team of HRIS specialists to support the transformation.
- Oversee the global rollout of the new HR system across various entities.
- Ensure the new system aligns with the company’s strategic goals and improves HR processes.
- Provide ongoing support and training to ensure successful adoption of the new system.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address any issues during the transformation process.
Desired Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading HR system selection and implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and how digital solutions can enhance them.
- Experience in designing HR digital transformation roadmaps.
- Ability to build and manage a high-performing HRIS team.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
